In StarCraft II, the Marauder has a Concussive Shot upgrade which will allow him to slow down enemy units when he fires at them. It would be safe to assume that the power will help controll the movement speed of enemies? Maybe making him a support. Sorry dont know crap about MMO's.

Yeah, crowd control is managing damage done to the primary tank(s) by putting certain mobs out of commission... I'm sure Ryan intended for the Marauder's concussive shot to do just that.
