Slot 1: Auto attack (personally in wow I never used this button I just right clicked I think, but for now I guess it can stay there)
Slot 2: Stimpack: Get high! 7 second CD. Doubles fire rate and movement speed. Costs 20 HP per use.
Slot 3: "Let's Burn": Fires a salvo of firebursts that cook the target from the inside out. Dealing big damage and leaving "Nasty Burns," a really over-powered dot.
Slot 4: "Up in Smoke": Blinds targets in a cone, with a smoke screen. Puts you at the top of targets threat list after the blind wears off.
Slot 5: "Scorched earth": AOE sort of like death and decay. Targets standing in this AOE suffer a dot "Hot Foot," that also slows movement speed. Increases threat.
Slot 6: "Fight fire with fire." useable after a target misses, counterstrike.
Slot 7: "Out of the frying pan": reduces damage taken to next to nothing for a short period, increases movement speed, decreases lots of threat. Long cooldown. An emergency release valve for threat.
slot 8: "Ashes to ashes" : Useable only if target is below 10% - You kick over the target to find out, all that was left was a pile of ash. Deals huge numbers. If your target dies because of this attack it is considered cremated and can not be resurrected or raised.
Slot 9: "I'm the Juggernaut BITCH!": Toggling this on reduces damage taken, increases threat and decreases attack speed. Only this or "FLAME ON!" can be activated at the same time.
Slot 10: "FLAME ON!": Toggling this increases all damage done by fire sources on your target, and bursts an AOE fire damage aura on targets within 15 yards every 1 second. Only this or "I'm the Juggernaut BITCH!" can be activated at the same time.
Slot 11: "Fired up": Fumes from your C-140 "Epyon" Plasma Incinerator Cannon leak into your suit. You temporarily Berserk removing all snaring effects and gain 20% increased attack speed for 10 seconds. 1min cooldown
Slot 12: "You got my attention" aka Suicide bomb - Useable only if player is below 10%. Your fuel tank springs a jet propelling leak launching you at your target (Charge). You rush forward dealing 5x your remaining health in damage to your target (leaving you with 1% hp). Your explosion causes diminishing damage in an aoe around you (5m = 3x, 10m = 2x, 15m = 1x). You suffer no durability dmg if you are killed within 7 seconds of activating this ability. 2 minute cooldown.
I've got more ability ideas if you liked these. In wow I played a warlock and a warrior as two of my mains so this felt pretty natural to write.
post edit: Suicide bomb SHOULD kill you. but I know how some people feel about Terminal abilities (use once / last resort abilities). I think this issue could be fixed with a "soulstone," item et al.: wow warlocks. Just call it "Shallow Grave" or "Back to life to Raze some Hell"
ppe: Slot 13: "Hot and Bothered": Group buff. Increases groups attack speed and armor.
Oh and some little talent tree fluff or ability buff names I was spitballing in the car: Flaming Fire water Hot Potato Incendiary grenade Flames are Spreading Toasty! furnace of wrath firestorm full frontal BBQ
I was just thinking keep the names cool. Shit is legit. Plus in WoW the moves are always just descriptive attacks. Cleave, Bash, etc... They could have been cool sound bites from SC2. Something for your character to say when you're killing guys.
