smoke bomb should operate similar to reduces enemy accuracy to user, but also reduces ur own accuracy.
high powered round, imo, should be c-471 round, employing a highly sensitive element (u name it) to deliver higher damage by a factor of... say 2 or 3. 1-2 min cd, talents could reduce cd. call the cd a description like... using c-471 ammo overheats the barrel if used to often, or something to that order.
nuke -should not- splash to allies. otherwise, it would become HIGHLY situational, and unusable during bossfights or anything that a tank would be caught in. otherwise, i would have it do high damage in a 30 yard radius, with x amount of damage in the first 5 yards (maybe 10), with diminishing damage at every 5-10 more yards.
gut shots, even in history, cause a long, painful death due to the stomach acid dispersing in the body. i would use it as a low damage shot with a dot that last x amount of time and increases in damage, reaching full damage at the end of x time.
