CSI Miami DVD is the best CSI in my opinion. It gets better every season and the characters get more complex and the situations more twisted and exciting. Horatio's opening lines may be a little cheesy sometimes, Gossip Girl DVD but that just adds a little levity to the show, and if anyone messes with Horatio or his people, he will shoot them and talk trash afterwards.
Unlike the original "C.S.I. Vegas" which keeps changing cast members, first they wrote out Jorga Fox, then axed eye candy Lauren Lee Smith, Family Guy DVD then Liz Vassey, which means I am done with that one, however this one "Miami" still retains it's original cast, & for that reason, I am still intrigued by this one, after the great 7th Season, I didn't think they would be able to top that one, but this 8th Season was just as good, Eric Delko (Adam Rodriguez) leaves briefly, 24 Hours DVD but returns later in the season, this one sees some unique cases that touch on today's pop culture, there is a Miley Cyrus type episode, a triple murder involving three college students who humiliated someone, a meth lab home explosion, a dirty cop among the ranks, a trip to L.A. with an all star cast including William Forsthye(The Rock), Monk DVDMichael Madsen, & Malcolm McDowell, a "Mommie Dearest" type murder, & the cross-over episodes from "Vegas" & "NY", & another cliffhanger ending that will leave you scratching your head, & Eddie Cibrian (Third Watch).
