Call Activision back and have them pull the plug on that "Raging-Nerd" guy.

If you can't have your video up, neither should a guy who stole it.

Why? At least it is up there for people to see.....

Sure they have watermarked it with their website's logo, but they aren't claiming to own it. I assume Ryan isn't offended?

I see some one is jealous, we did nothing but do what news sites do it happens every day, from gaming websites to large media corporations.

Our video should not get pulled due to the fact we didnt claim to make it, the whole reason it got pulled was due to the name and Activision thinking Ryan used something other than Starcraft 2's engine to make it.

What we are exercising is freedom of press. We have credited Ryan for his work and we do not claim the mod is ours or the video we just aired it as news.

Also we have since then put up the original video of the trailer, to respect Ryan's work. Our video had his name edited out due to one of out outsource editors. We no way intended to take credit for his work at all. You can view the video here

Thanks for your understanding and we wish oyu the best of luck Ryan with StarCraft Universe.

If by any chance we could do any type of interview with you when you have the time, we would love to.

I am just as confused then as I am now. Who is jealous? What is there to be even jealous of? That you uploaded a video?

ahhhh! the media! *runs away* but no seriously. while it happens all the time, most people are not ok with media stealing videos. by law, it is theft, for you did not make it, u did not get permission to post it/download it, or any other thing similar to it. while the physical media has plenty of so-called rights, the networking media can get the proverbial shaft in so many ways. ah the power of money hungry lawyers... no threat intended, but before u go stealing info from this site without permission, consider the possible repercussions. a small time media company wouldn't have a chance. :)
