Model: Marine

Role: DPS

Special:
Pet?

Auto-Attack: Gauss Rifle

Abilities:
Burst Shot - Increases attack speed for a short amount of time. C/D.

Spray & Pray - Short C/D attack that sprays bullets into an enemy.

Leap - Allows the marine to leap out of the way or away from an enemy. C/D.

Lob Grenade - Lobs an explosive grenade at the target enemy, dealing AoE damage around the impact point.

Everything checks out. Looks good. Already working on the pet and pet control dialogs.

Call Predator: Marine calls down a predator pet.

I need a custom ability based off the MULE calldown but instead calls down a Predator with no timeout. Predator actor scale is set at 0.5

How are we going to get a throwing animation on the marine for the grenade attack?

you could just copy then one from tychus from the 2nd last campaign mission (the one where you go into the zerg hole)

I believe he meant the Marine animating a throw, not the projectile. He can just shoot it from his gun with Attack Superior I would think.

Also, Theres fewer abilities on the Marine because of Possible Pet abilities? To even it out with the other classes?

Just use the animation from Ranyor throwing a grenade on the secret mission, under the shroud i think its called. That mission is close to this and could be a very good baseline for how to do some things.

*spoiler sorta*
FYI you unlock this by going to the right around the expansion in the mission media blitz, destroy the building and collect the item.
